Anubis, Matte Art Print Poster
Matte art print of my original illustration of Anubis.
Anubis is the ancient Egyptian god of the dead and protector of graves. He was represented as a jackal (or a man with the head of one) and his role was to guide souls to the afterlife. The heart of the deceased would be weighed against the feather of the goddess Maat to determine if the soul would be permitted to enter the realm of the dead. Hearts heavier than the feather would be devoured by Ammit.
This art print features a minimum 1/2 inch white margin border around the artwork for mounting and framing.
Museum-quality poster and printed on durable, archival paper.
Paper thickness: 10.3 mil (0.26 mm), Paper weight: 189 g/m², Opacity: 94%, ISO brightness: 104%. Paper is sourced from Japan. Made-to-order and shipped securely in a tube roll.
